my is a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and a Health Coach. She is deeply passionate about health and the environment. She is a lover of learning and desires to share with you all that she has experienced and continues to learn.

Amy is a girl who gets to the root of the issue. She doesn’t take no for an anwer and is certainly not mainstream, although she will try to convince you that she is. She calls herself a modern hippie – is that such a thing? She does not have a green thumb, nor is she out there in the soil, farming the land. Amy enjoys researching, trying new products, cooking, and shopping, but not  the kind of shopping that she was used to. She has re-prioritzed her busy life and focused on getting back to the basics. She supports her local farmers and small business owners and even knows them by name. Amy is appreciative of those who do the hard work to bring us all the wonders of the earth.

She has opened her mind and taken off the blinders that she didn’t even know existed. Amy thought she and her family were healthy. She learned that our bodies are working hard for us every second of every day trying to maintain homoeostasis (balance). We are wildly complex. She learned about different modalities to address her family’s health concerns such as: chiropractic, homeopathy, herbalism, aromatherapy, reiki, Ayurveda, Functional Medicine, and Osteopathic medicine practices. It was so eye opening. Of course she gravitated to the ones that connected with her most: essential oils, yoga, walking, dancing and singing (hip hop of course), homeopathy, Ayurveda and past traditions of eating whole, nourishing foods.

Amy learned how to cook basic every day meals to nourish her family and their health concerns. She learned that everyone has different needs (bioindividuality), and that is important to be mindful of what our bodies are telling us. One man’s food is certainly another man’s poision, and she experienced this first-hand!

She learned how to use food, supplementation, clean living, and stress reduction techniques to manage or dissolve hormonal issues, digestive issues, dermatitis, asthma, allergies, ADHD, and even Cystic Fibrosis in her family!

Amy is married and they have two beautiful children. She has gone through the trenches to understand and address the causes of a multitude of health concerns that her family has faced. She feels very blessed to have the time, education, and support to be able to go on this journey and share this with you.

On a more personal note, she enjoys wearing flip flops, jeans and a fleece. Amy was born in September, and if you know any Virgos, she is definitely one of them!
